Here at Diamond Beach we want to bring you our top destination guides both here in the UK and abroad. We thought that it’s only right to start off our guides with focusing on our hometown and the surrounding areas down here in beautiful South Devon. If you follow us on instagram or twitter you would have been sure to see the many beautiful pictures we post of South Devon. Not only is it home to Diamond Beach but its also a great source of inspiration for us whether we are designing our new collection of Diamond beach clothing (exciting things coming for 2018) of helping us choose the best beach products and accessories for Diamond Beach after all we aren’t stuck in a corporate office land locked in London we actually live the beach life all year round so we know exactly what you need to for next holiday or beach adventure.
Ok so we may be a bit biased because we live down here but why not see for your self and visit this beautiful part of the UK.

Where to stay.

There’s a huge choice of places to stay in Devon, whether you’re looking for a relaxing long weekend or fun packed fortnight, luxury hotel or a budget break. We’ve lovely guesthouses with sea views, quirky glamping, fun family camping, pretty self-catering cottages with wood burners and more besides.

The Salcombe Harbour hotel and spa

No wonder this has been voted by the Sunday Times travel top 100 hotels, and we can see why. And if its good enough for Rod Stewart (he stayed with his wife Penny last summer) its good enough for us too. Recognised as one of the most desirable waterside hotels in the UK and the premier address on the South cost. A recent multi million pound refurbishment has created this chic new luxury spa hotel on the edge of the Salcombe estuary, complete with a coastal retreat spa, private cinema, waterside restaurant with wide outdoor terraces and dedicated wedding venue; all taking in the panoramic vista, overlooking one of the most dramatic coastlines in the UK. If you’re looking for luxury then this is the hotel for you.

Dart Marina Hotel and Spa

We can actually see this hotel from our window and its beautiful. Dart Marina is set in a simply breathtaking spot by the river dart. With an area of outstanding natural beauty wrapped around the hotel, this is a place for early morning walks, slow afternoons taking tea on the terrace, evenings watching the lights dance on the river. Not forgetting glorious food in the river restaurants, which certainly lives up to its name with wide river views from every table. Dart Marina is a place where it’s easy to hide away in a peaceful corner, spend an hour in the spa, or just while away the time gazing at the amazing views.
